§ 26:2D-5 — Compensation of commissioners
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
Commissioners shall serve without compensation but shall be entitled to be reimbursed for expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of their duties. L.1958, c. 116, p. 593, s. 5.
