Text
If any clause, sentence, subdivision, paragraph, subsection or section of this act is held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall be confined in its operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph, subdivision, subsection or section thereof directly involved in the controversy in which said judgment shall have been rendered. L.1975, c. 212, s. 53, eff. July 1, 1975.
