§ 18A:7A-10 — New Jersey Quality Single Accountability Continuum for evaluating school performance.

10.For the purpose of evaluating the thoroughness and efficiency of all the public schools of the State, the commissioner, with the approval of the State board and after review by the Joint Committee on the Public Schools, shall develop and administer the New Jersey Quality Single Accountability Continuum for evaluating the performance of each school district. The goal of the New Jersey Quality Single Accountability Continuum shall be to ensure that all districts are operating at a high level of performance. The system shall be based on an assessment of the degree to which the thoroughness and efficiency standards established pursuant to section 4 of P.L.2007, c.260 (C.18A:7F-46) are being achieved and an evaluation of school district capacity in the following five key components of schoo
