Text
The State Board of Education shall promulgate rules and adopt policies, subject to the "Administrative Procedure Act." P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), make all determinations and exercise such powers of visitation as are necessary for the proper administration of this act. L.1975, c. 212, s. 47, eff. July 1, 1975.
