§ 18A:7A-13 — Biennial message of Governor to legislature
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Thereafter, the Governor shall deliver a biennial message to the Legislature on the progress of New Jersey's schools in providing a thorough and efficient education and recommending legislative action, if appropriate. L.1975, c. 212, s. 13, eff. July 1, 1975.
