§ 18A:74-23 — Costs of administration and supervision of act; limitation
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
All costs attributable to the administration and supervision of this act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder shall not exceed 8% of the total amount appropriated annually for the purposes of this act. L.1973, c. 381, s. 10, eff. July 1, 1973.
