§ 18A:74-19 — Reimbursement for project costs.

6.The President shall reimburse each authorized applicant whose application has been approved for a portion of its eligible project costs, determined in accordance with the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to this act. L.1973,c.381,s.6; amended 2001, c.137, s.40.
