§ 18A:13-3 — Constituent municipalities as constituent districts
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
In every all purpose regional district the constituent municipalities of the regional district shall be construed to be the constituent districts of the regional district after the dissolution pursuant to this chapter of the constituent districts which formed the regional district. L.1967,c.271.
