§ 18A:13-2 — Types of regional districts
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Regional school districts shall be of two types: a. "all purpose regional districts" organized for all the school purposes of the municipalities included within such regional districts; b. "limited purpose regional districts" organized to provide and operate in the territory comprised within such districts one or more of the following: elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools, vocational schools, special schools, health facilities or particular educational services or facilities.
