§ 18A:13-11 — Vacancies in membership of board; filling
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Vacancies in the membership of the board shall be filled from the constituent districts represented by the former incumbents in the same manner as vacancies in the membership of boards of education of type II districts having elected boards of education are filled. L.1967, c.271.
