Text
Should the local board of education fail or refuse to comply with an administrative order issued pursuant to section 15 of this act, the State board shall apply to the Superior Court by a proceeding in lieu of prerogative writ for an order directing the local school board to comply with such administrative order. L.1975, c. 212, s. 16, eff. July 1, 1975.
