§ 13:8-68 — Rules and regulations
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
The Commissioner of Environmental Protection may propose, in accordance with the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), necessary rules and regulations and prescribe procedures to effect and enforce compliance with this act. L.1982, c. 167, s. 5, eff. Nov. 4, 1982.
