Text
The department may use for trail purposes lands owned by the State, with the concurrence of the head of the administering agency, and may acquire lands or interests in land by scenic easements, written cooperative agreement, eminent domain, donation, purchase with donated or appropriated funds, or exchange. Acquisition of land or interest shall be accomplished with all possible speed. L.1974, c. 159, s. 8, eff. Nov. 14, 1974.
