§ 13:8-40 — Studies for designation of additional trails

New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS

The department shall make studies for the purpose of determining the feasibility and desirability of designating additional trails as recreation or scenic trails. L.1974, c. 159, s. 11, eff. Nov. 14, 1974.
