§ 13:8-64 — Wildlife sanctuary defined
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
As used in this act, "wildlife sanctuary" means that portion of a State park dedicated to the preservation and protection of the animals inhabiting that portion of the park. L.1982, c. 167, s. 1, eff. Nov. 4, 1982.
