§ 13:8-51 — Funds; authorization to apply for, accept and expend
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
The department is hereby authorized to apply for, accept and expend funds from any public or private source for the planning or acquisition of lands, scenic easements thereto, or the development of facilities for the system as provided by this act. L.1977, c. 236, s. 7, eff. Sept. 28, 1977.
