§ 13:8-43 — Violations; penalties
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
Any person violating any provision of this act or any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50.00 to be collected in a summary proceeding pursuant to the Penalty Enforcement Law (N.J.S. 2A:58-1 et seq.). L.1974, c. 159, s. 14, eff. Nov. 14, 1974.
