Text
The commissioner may adopt and promulgate pursuant to law, rules and regulations governing the use, protection, management, development and administration of the trails system and such other rules and regulations as he deems necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1974, c. 159, s. 13, eff. Nov. 14, 1974.
