11A:5-5. Veterans' preference. The names of veterans who receive passing scores on open competitive examinations shall be placed on the employment list in order of their respective scores immediately after disabled veterans. L. 1986, c. 112, s. 11A:5-5, eff. Sept. 25, 1986.
