11A:5-15. Enforcement. The Civil Service Commission may promulgate rules for the proper administration and enforcement of this chapter. Nothing herein contained shall be construed to amend, modify or supersede N.J.S.40A:14-25, N.J.S.40A:14-115 or N.J.S.40A:14-143. Amended 2008, c.29, s.49.
