11A:5-4. Disabled veterans' preference. The names of disabled veterans who receive passing scores on open competitive examinations shall be placed at the top of the employment list in the order of their respective final scores. L. 1986, c. 112, s. 11A:5-4, eff. Sept. 25, 1986.
