Text
The commissioner shall require a domestic insurance company to make a deposit in trust in an amount necessary, in the discretion of the commissioner for the protection of the company's policyholders, provided that the required deposit shall not exceed the greater of $1,000,000 or the amount of deposits required under RSA 402:73.
