§ 411:29 — Suits for Penalties
New Hampshire·Title XXXVII INSURANCE·Ch. 411 DOMESTIC LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES·Subdivision Miscellaneous Provisions
Suits to recover any of the penalties provided for in this chapter shall be instituted in the name of the state on relation of the attorney general, under the direction and by the authority of the commissioner. Said penalties shall be paid to the state.
