Text
Upon receipt of a deposit in trust from any such company, as required or allowed by the laws of this state, the commissioner shall issue upon the request of such company a certificate which shall set forth the corporate name of the company, its principal office, that a deposit for the protection of all its policyholders has been duly made, the amount of securities so deposited and that it is authorized to transact the business of life insurance.
