New Hampshire Statutes
§ 411:2 — Certificate of Authority
Upon said deposit and satisfactory evidence to the commissioner that the capital stock of at least $200,000 has been paid in and invested as herein prescribed, he shall issue to said stock company a certificate authorizing it to do business as such.
