§ 411:28 — Acting Without Certificate
New Hampshire·Title XXXVII INSURANCE·Ch. 411 DOMESTIC LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES·Subdivision Miscellaneous Provisions
Any such company, doing or attempting to do life insurance business without a certificate as provided for in this chapter, shall forfeit $ 100 for every day it continues to write new business in this state without such certificate.
