New Hampshire Statutes
§ 411:7 — Making Valuation
For the purpose of making such valuation the commissioner may employ a competent actuary, who shall be paid by the company for which the services are rendered; but nothing herein shall prevent any company from making said valuation herein contemplated, which may be received by the commissioner upon such proof as he may determine.
