§ 339:62 — Penalty
New Hampshire·Title XXXI TRADE AND COMMERCE·Ch. 339 SALES OF CERTAIN ARTICLES·Subdivision Manufacture, Sale, Etc., of Bedding
Whoever violates any of the foregoing provisions of this subdivision shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
