§ 339:54 — Authority to Embargo and Condemn
New Hampshire·Title XXXI TRADE AND COMMERCE·Ch. 339 SALES OF CERTAIN ARTICLES·Subdivision Caustic Potash, Oxalic Acid, Etc.
Any article found in violation of this subdivision may be subject to embargo and condemnation in accord with the provisions of RSA 146:20.
