§ 339:46 — Penalty
New Hampshire·Title XXXI TRADE AND COMMERCE·Ch. 339 SALES OF CERTAIN ARTICLES·Subdivision Fabrics, Etc., Containing Arsenic
Any person who violates any provision of RSA 339:45 shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person, or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person.
