Text

The energy administrator shall have the authority to make such rules and regulations with respect to the sale and distribution of fuel, including the fixing of prices and standards, and with respect to the allocation of available supplies of electrical energy as the public good may require. Such rules and regulations shall supersede for the time being any orders of the commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food with which the same may conflict.
