Text
If at any time the governor and council shall determine that an emergency exists requiring public regulation of the supply and sale of fuel for any purpose or allocation of available supplies of electrical energy, the governor, with the advice and consent of the council, may appoint an energy administrator, who shall hold office until the governor and council shall determine that the emergency has ceased to exist.
