§ 303:22 — Lands in 2 Towns
New Hampshire·Title XXVII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS·Ch. 303 PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS
If such proprietary records relate to lands lying in more towns than one, they shall be deposited in the office of the town clerk of the town first incorporated or in the office of the secretary of state.
