§ 303:1 — Bylaws
New Hampshire·Title XXVII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS·Ch. 303 PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS
The proprietors of common lands in any town, at a legal meeting thereof, may provide a mode for calling future meetings, choosing officers, laying assessments and transacting other business concerning such propriety, and may establish bylaws therefor.
