Text
The justice shall thereupon issue his warrant, calling such meeting at such time and place, not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, as he shall judge proper; which application and warrant shall be published in some newspaper printed in the county in which a major part of the proprietors reside, or in which such common lands are located.
