§ 303:12 — Sale of Part Shares
New Hampshire·Title XXVII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS·Ch. 303 PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS
If more than one person is interested in any right or share, and any such part owner shall be delinquent in the payment of any assessment, his interest in such right or share may be sold in the manner hereinbefore provided.
