§ 243:9 — Petition to Court
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 243 FORMATION AND UNION OF RAILROAD CORPORATIONS; LEASES AND EXTENSIONS·Subdivision Formation of a Railroad Corporation
The provisional corporation may file in the office of the clerk of the superior court for the county of Merrimack a petition for a decision of the question whether the public good requires the proposed railroad.
