§ 243:16 — Meeting of Subscribers
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 243 FORMATION AND UNION OF RAILROAD CORPORATIONS; LEASES AND EXTENSIONS·Subdivision Formation of a Railroad Corporation
The directors may call a meeting of the subscribers to the capital stock of the corporation for the purpose of adopting bylaws and completing a permanent organization, and give such notice thereof as they deem reasonable.
