§ 243:1 — Mode
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 243 FORMATION AND UNION OF RAILROAD CORPORATIONS; LEASES AND EXTENSIONS·Subdivision Formation of a Railroad Corporation
Twenty-five or more persons, a majority of whom are residents of this state, may associate together by articles of agreement for the purpose of forming a corporation to construct, maintain and operate a railroad.
