§ 243:13 — Hearing; Report
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 243 FORMATION AND UNION OF RAILROAD CORPORATIONS; LEASES AND EXTENSIONS·Subdivision Formation of a Railroad Corporation
The board shall hear all parties who are interested and desire to be heard and shall make report of their doings and findings to the regular session of the court held next after their last hearing.
