§ 243:17 — Time for Building
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 243 FORMATION AND UNION OF RAILROAD CORPORATIONS; LEASES AND EXTENSIONS·Subdivision Formation of a Railroad Corporation
All the franchises and rights of a corporation so established, as to any portion of its railroad which is not completed ready for operation at the end of 3 years from the date of its certificate of establishment, shall be forfeited.
