§ 243:48 — Foreign Corporation
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 243 FORMATION AND UNION OF RAILROAD CORPORATIONS; LEASES AND EXTENSIONS·Subdivision Application of Chapter
Foreign railroad corporations operating roads within this state shall have the same rights for the purposes of operating, leasing or uniting with other roads as if created by the laws of this state.
