§ 243:45 — Adverse Possession
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 243 FORMATION AND UNION OF RAILROAD CORPORATIONS; LEASES AND EXTENSIONS·Subdivision General Provisions
No title to any real estate or to any interest therein shall be acquired by or against a railroad by adverse possession, however exclusive or long continued.
