§ 243:29 — Hearing
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 243 FORMATION AND UNION OF RAILROAD CORPORATIONS; LEASES AND EXTENSIONS·Subdivision Dissenting Stockholders
At the time and place so appointed such justice, or some other justice of the court, shall attend, and, if it appears that the summons has been complied with, shall proceed with the hearing.
