Text
Whenever the executive director shall deem it to be in the best interests of the state, he may, with the consent of the governor, authorize the sale or exchange of any lands, or any part thereof, to which title has been acquired by purchase, gift, lease or condemnation, together with the buildings, improvements, and appurtenances thereon, for privately owned lands of equal or greater value, and suitable for fish and game department uses for the protection, regulation and management of wildlife resources, implementation of department programs, or administrative purposes.
