Text
The governor with the advice of the council, or the commission appointed by the governor with advice of council, at least 14 days prior to hearing, shall cause notice in writing of the time and place of hearing appointed by them, together with a description of the proposed location to be given to each owner of land or other property in the proposed location and to the clerk of any city or town in which said land or other property is located.
