§ 212:1-d — Oath of Commissioners
New Hampshire·Title XVIII FISH AND GAME·Ch. 212 PROPAGATION OF FISH AND GAME·Subdivision Acquisition of Land, Etc.
Persons appointed to the commission shall be sworn to act faithfully and impartially in the performance of their duties, and the certificate of each oath shall be returned to the secretary of state.
