§ 212:26 — Application; Revocation or Suspension
New Hampshire·Title XVIII FISH AND GAME·Ch. 212 PROPAGATION OF FISH AND GAME·Subdivision Propagation by Private Persons
Such licenses shall be issued by the executive director, in his discretion, upon application in writing, and shall be subject to revocation and suspension at any time, in the discretion of the executive director.
