§ 212:24 — Federal Aid
New Hampshire·Title XVIII FISH AND GAME·Ch. 212 PROPAGATION OF FISH AND GAME·Subdivision Propagation by the State
The state of New Hampshire hereby assents to the provisions of the acts of Congress entitled the "Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act," to provide that the United States shall aid the states in wildlife restoration projects, and for other purposes, 16 U.S.C. section 669 et seq., as amended, and the "Dingell-Johnson Sport Fish Restoration Act," to provide that the United States shall aid the states in fish restoration and management projects, and for other purposes, 16 U.S.C. section 777 et seq., as amended. The fish and game department, or any other state agency permitted by said act of Congress, are hereby authorized and empowered to perform such acts as may be necessary to the conduct and establishment of co-operative wildlife restoration and fish restoration and management projec
