§ 212:20 — Penalty for Violating Rules
New Hampshire·Title XVIII FISH AND GAME·Ch. 212 PROPAGATION OF FISH AND GAME·Subdivision Rules and Regulations
Any person who violates any rule adopted by the executive director made under the provisions of RSA 212:19 shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person, or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person.
